REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 3 clamps to install the washer hose assembly.

(b) Connect the washer hose assembly.

2. INSTALL FRONT WASHER NOZZLE AND HOSE ASSEMBLY

3. INSPECT FRONT WASHER NOZZLE AND HOSE ASSEMBLY

4. ADJUST FRONT WASHER NOZZLE AND HOSE ASSEMBLY

5. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR (w/ Hood Insulator)

(a) Attach the 2 guides to install the hood insulator.

(b) Install the 10 clips.

6. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

(a) Install the hood to radiator support seal with the 10 clips.

7. INSTALL HOOD BULGE ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 8 clips to install the hood bulge assembly.

(b) Install the 3 bolts.

Torque:

7.0 N·m {71 kgf·cm, 62 in·lbf}
