DESCRIPTION

If all of the power windows do not operate, the master switch may have no power or may be malfunctioning.

PROCEDURE

1.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MASTER SWITCH - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

(a) Disconnect the N2 master switch connector.

(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Voltage:

Tester Connection

Switch Condition

Specified Condition

N2-6 (B) - Body ground

Ignition switch ON

11 to 14 V

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

Tester Connection

Condition

Specified Condition

N2-1 (E) - Body ground

Always

Below 1 Ω
OK
