INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT AIR PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Check the heater resistance.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
1 (APH+) - 3 (APHG)	-20°C (-4°F)	4.4 to 20.0 Ω
	-10°C (14°F)	3.9 to 18.0 Ω
	0°C (32°F)	3.5 to 16.0 Ω
	10°C (50°F)	3.2 to 15.0 Ω
	20°C (68°F)	3.0 to 14.0 Ω

*a	Component without harness connected (Air Pump Assembly)

If the result is not as specified, replace the air pump assembly.
