Toyota Tundra Service Manual: Cannot Switch to Automatic ID Registration Mode

DESCRIPTION

When the tire pressure warning reset switch is turned on and off 3 times within 3 seconds (pressed → released → pressed → released → pressed → released), the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver switches to ID registration mode according to the automatic ID registration function.

When the system enters ID registration mode, the tire pressure warning light blinks 3 times as an answer back function.

The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) receives signals from the combination meter assembly via the CAN communication line.
