REMOVAL

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

CAUTION:

• Wear protective gloves when removing the exhaust pipe assembly.
• The exhaust pipe assembly is extremely hot immediately after the engine has stopped.
• Confirm that the exhaust pipe assembly has cooled down before removing it.

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 1)

(a) Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor. SST: 09224-00010

3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

4. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 1)

(a) Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.

(b) Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor. SST: 09224-00010
