DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using a T50 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and rear seat assembly LH.

2. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using a T40 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the bolt.

(b) Remove the bolt and No. 1 seat leg sub-assembly LH.

3. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the bolt and No. 1 seat leg sub-assembly RH.

4. REMOVE OUTER REAR SEAT LOCK COVER LH

(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Detach the clip and 2 claws labeled A, and then detach the claw labeled B in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the outer rear seat lock cover LH.

5. REMOVE INNER REAR SEAT LOCK COVER LH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.

(b) Detach the 2 claws labeled A, and then detach the claw labeled B in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the inner rear seat lock cover LH.

6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using a T40 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and rear seat cushion assembly LH.

7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL LH

(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback lock control bezel LH.

8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD LH

(a) Disconnect the cable from the rear seat turn lock sub-assembly LH.

(b) Detach the hook and open the 2 fasteners, and then open the separate type rear seat cushion cover LH.

(c) Detach each hook from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.

(d) Detach the 2 hooks from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.

(e) Remove the 5 hog rings and rear seat cushion cover with pad LH.

9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH

(a) Remove the 9 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover LH from the separate type rear seat cushion pad LH.

10. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH

(a) Cut the cable tie and disconnect the cable.

(b) Remove the 4 screws and No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle LH.

11. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER LH

(a) Remove the 2 screws and rear seat hinge cover LH.

12. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER RH

(a) Remove the 2 screws and rear seat hinge cover RH.

13. REMOVE REAR SEAT TURN LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the bolt and rear seat turn lock sub-assembly LH.

14. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the rear seat headrest assembly LH.

15. REMOVE CENTER REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the center rear seat headrest assembly.

16. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH

(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

17. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 1 seat headrest support assemblies.

18. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH

(a) Detach the 6 hooks and remove the rear seatback cover with pad LH.

19. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

(a) Remove the 9 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover LH from the separate type rear seatback pad LH.

20. REMOVE SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the bolt and seat leg sub-assembly LH.

21. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the bolt.

(b) Remove the bolt and No. 1 seat leg sub-assembly.

22. REMOVE INNER REAR SEAT LOCK COVER RH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.

(b) Detach the 2 claws labeled A, and then detach the claw labeled B in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the inner rear seat lock cover RH.

23. REMOVE OUTER REAR SEAT LOCK COVER RH

(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Detach the clip and 2 claws labeled A, and then detach the claw labeled B in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the outer rear seat lock cover RH.

24. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Using a T40 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and rear seat cushion assembly RH.

25. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL RH

(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback lock control bezel RH.

26. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD RH

(a) Disconnect the cable from the rear seat turn lock sub-assembly RH.

(b) Detach the hook and open the 2 fasteners, and then open the separate type rear seat cushion cover RH.

(c) Detach the 5 hooks from the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH.

(d) Detach the 2 hooks and remove the 2 hog rings, and then remove the rear seat cushion cover with pad RH.

27. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

(a) Remove the 9 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover RH from the separate type rear seat cushion pad RH.

28. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

(a) Cut the cable tie and disconnect the cable.

(a) Remove the 2 screws and rear seat hinge cover LH.

31. REMOVE REAR SEAT TURN LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the bolt and rear seat turn lock sub-assembly RH.

32. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the rear seat headrest assembly RH.

33. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH

(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

34. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH

(a) Detach the 4 hooks and remove the rear seatback cover with pad RH.

35. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

(a) Remove the 9 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover RH from the separate type rear seatback pad RH.
