INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/o Jam Protection Function)

(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
4 (U) - 3 (B)	UP	Below 1 Ω
1 (D) - 2 (SD)	UP
4 (U) - 5 (SU)	OFF
1 (D) - 2 (SD)	OFF
4 (U) - 5 (SU)	DOWN
1 (D) - 3 (B)	DOWN

If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator switch assembly. Text in Illustration

2. INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Jam Protection Function)

(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
1 (GND) - 6 (UP)	AUTO UP	Below 1 Ω
1 (GND) - 8 (AUTO)
4 (LED) - 7 (DOWN)
1 (GND) - 6 (UP)	MANUAL UP
1 (GND) - 7 (DOWN)	MANUAL DOWN
4 (LED) - 6 (UP)	OFF
4 (LED) - 7 (DOWN)	OFF
1 (GND) - 7 (DOWN)	AUTO DOWN
1 (GND) - 8 (AUTO)
4 (LED) - 6 (UP)

If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator switch assembly. Text in Illustration

Installation

INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the power window regulator switch assembly.

2. INSTALL FRONT UPPER ARMREST BASE PANEL RH

(a) Connect the 2 connectors.

(b) Attach the 2 clips and 5 claws to install the front upper armrest base panel RH.

Removal

REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FRONT UPPER ARMREST BASE PANEL RH

(a) Using a moulding remover A, detach the 2 clips and 5 claws, and remove the front upper armrest base panel RH.

(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

2. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the power window regulator switch assembly.
