INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

(a) Check the resistance of the EGR valve.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
1 - 2	20°C (68°F)	18 to 22 Ω
2 - 3
4 - 5
5 - 6

If the result is not as specified, replace the EGR valve.
