(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON. (c) Turn the Techstream main switch ON. (d) Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Data List / ALL Date / Accel Sensor Out No. 1 and Accel Sensor Out No. 2. (e) Read the value displayed on the tester. Standard Voltage: Accel Sensor Out No. 1

If the result is not as specified, check the accelerator pedal rod, wire harness or ECM. Removal REMOVAL PROCEDURE 1. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ROD ASSEMBLY NOTICE: This accelerator pedal does not require lubrication. Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal rod assembly. If applied, the accelerator pedal rod assembly must be replaced.
(b) Remove the 2 nuts and accelerator pedal rod. |
