PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP ECU

(a) Install the fuel pump ECU with the nut.

Torque:

31 N·m {316 kgf·cm, 23 ft·lbf}

NOTICE:

Do not use the fuel pump ECU if it has been subjected to physical shocks, such as being dropped, etc.

(b) Connect the fuel pump ECU connector.

(1) Connect the fuel pump ECU connector.*1

(2) Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard.*2

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FUEL PUMP ECU

(a) Disconnect the fuel pump ECU connector.

(1) Press the claw and move the lever in the direction of the arrow in the illustration.*1

(2) Disconnect the fuel pump ECU connector.*2

(b) Remove the nut and fuel pump ECU.

NOTICE:

Make sure the fuel pump ECU is not subjected to physical shocks, such as being dropped, etc.
