INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

HINT:

• Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
• The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR COVER LH (for Extended Type)

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the outer mirror cover LH.

2. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT LENS (for Extended Type)

3. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR COVER (for Standard)

(a) Attach the 3 claws labeled B.

(b) Attach the 4 claws labeled A to install the outer mirror cover.

4. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (for Standard)

5. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR SUB-ASSEMBLY

6. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

(a) Temporarily install the outer rear view mirror assembly by inserting the claw on the outer rear view mirror assembly into the holes on the vehicle.

(b) Tighten the 3 nuts in the sequence shown in the illustration to install the outer rear view mirror assembly.

Torque:

7.8 N·m {80 kgf·cm, 69 in·lbf}

(c) w/ Power Mirror Control System:

Connect the connector labeled A.

7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

8. INSTALL FRONT LOWER DOOR FRAME BRACKET GARNISH

9. INSTALL FRONT UPPER ARMREST BASE PANEL LH

10. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG
