REMOVAL CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT NOTICE: Release the vacuum from the booster by depressing the brake pedal several times. Then remove the brake master cylinder sub-assembly from the brake booster assembly. PROCEDURE 1. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID NOTICE: Immediately wash off any brake fluid that comes into contact with any painted surfaces. 2. DISCONNECT BRAKE FLUID LEVEL WARNING SWITCH CONNECTOR (a) Disconnect the brake fluid level warning switch connector. 3. DISCONNECT REAR NO. 1 BRAKE TUBE
4. DISCONNECT FRONT NO. 1 BRAKE TUBE
5. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY
(b) Remove the brake master cylinder seal from the brake master cylinder. |
