INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install a new O-ring to the radiator drain cock plug.

(b) Install the radiator drain cock plug to the radiator assembly.

(c) Install the outlet radiator hose to the radiator assembly, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

HINT:

Install the hose so that the direction of the hose clamp is as indicated in the illustration.

(d) Set the radiator bracket hooks to the radiator support holes.

(e) Install the radiator assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque:

18 N·m {184 kgf·cm, 13 ft·lbf}

2. CONNECT RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

(a) Install the 3 clips to connect the radiator side deflector LH.

3. CONNECT RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

(a) Install the 3 clips to connect the radiator side deflector RH.

4. CONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE

5. INSTALL FAN SHROUD
